At Le Rocher de la Cave, you can chose to rent camping pitches or accomodations (mobil-home, wood cabane, furnished tent) for your holidays. The campsite has a heated pool with aquasplash, direct access to la Dordogne, bar-restaurant, sports fields (city stadium, skate park, table tennis, beach volleyball, fitness, petanque), a playground and trampolines. Activities are organized several times a week throughout the summer. On site, you can also rent canoes and kayaks. The village of Carsac-... Aillac with all the essential shops is only 15 minutes away; a weekly market is organized there every Sunday morning throughout the summer season. We are close to tourist sites and beautiful villages to visit. The cycling road is only 800m away and will take you to Sarlat or Souillac.

fijne camping aan een mooie rivier. Schoon sanitair, vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een stacaravan gehuurd en deze was schoon en netjes. Alles is aanwezig. Ligging is mooi aan de rivier. Helaas hadden wij koud en nat weer dus daarom eerder vertrokken. Met de eigenaar / medewerker overlegd en we kregen een deel van ons geld terug. Heel erg fijn en netjes opgelost. Als het weer beter was geweest , waren we zeker langer gebleven.

netjes , schoon, alles aanwezig van waterkoker tot koffiezetapparaat. Messen waren een beetje bot. Houten lepels zijn niet meer zo hygiensich, beter kunsstof spatels.

Personnel très serviable et accueillant. Un camping qui s'est agrandi mais est resté toujours aussi agréable. Bien entretenu.

friendly helpful staff, clean and well kept site. the staff we're very helpful, when my wife asked for another cooking pot, although she could not speak French, she mimed with the help of a small pot.
a bit more entertainment at the bar, the only entertainment was the Monday evening Mules & Frites followed by the music band later.

Camping de taille raisonnable, très bien situé avec accès direct à la rivière. Les enfants peuvent profiter des jets d'eau à la piscine ou des jeux ( trampolines, balançoires...) et les parents se reposer.
Peut-être pas assez de soirées animées (seulement une soirée par semaine en haute saison)

La tente woody 4 personnes est géniale. Elle est spacieuse, dispose d'une salle de bain avec grande douche. Nouveauté 2024 : la grande plancha installée sur la terrasse, utilisée tout les jours 😊

La situation du camping au bord de la Dordogne, la plage. Le lodge, son emplacement, sa Clim, sa terrasse aménagée, la cuisine extérieure.. et le bar restaurant et sa vue sur la rivière. Site magique. Et le personnel super sympa et disponible.
Le nettoyage de la piscine : des traces marrons sur le liner tout autour de la piscine . On a testé elles s’enlèvent en frottant un peu.. petit bémol sur la propreté du lodge a notre arrivée.. (brosse à XV…) on l’a laissé plus propre au départ.

Tout..cerise sur le gâteau la visite et le chant des oiseaux quand le jour se lève et un dôme étoilé à admirer tout en profitant du chant des cigales et des grenouilles avant d’aller faire de beaux rêves..spectacles permis grâce à une terrasse équipée des plus agréables Très agréables d’avoir une eau de super qualité et une douche extra
Un tout petit souci avec la plancha qui a tendance à s’éteindre avec le vent et un peu chaud quand le soleil donne toute l’après-midi sur la terrasse (planche de protection latérale pour protéger l’appareil ? Petits rideaux à tirer entre les poutres verticales ?)

We stayed in a Sahari tent and it was perfect - had everything we needed for a short stay. Campsite facilities are excellent.

position of campsite was fantastic , on banks of Dordogne river. We were able to have campfires on the beach and there was a great party/rock concert held on Monday nights, really fun for the whole family
We found there was often a queue for the toilets and sometimes no toilet paper or soap to wash hands.

L amabilité des employés, la piscine, la proximité de la rivière, l emplacement du mobil home qui était proche de tout, la ferme, les différents services proposés.
Ce qui manque des cours de kayak comme il y avait avant et un mini golf.

Le seul souci le canapé qui se met en lit et où le matelas est vraiment fin et qu on ressent tout les ressorts, un clic clac serait mieux.
